Profile
Selecting "Female" enables the Cycle tracker under Dates. Private: it stays in your own data and is never part of the public stats page.
When checked, the Day/phase chips disappear from your dashboard. The Cycle tab under Dates still works.
Sync across devices
Use the app on your laptop, phone and iPad with the same data. Everything is encrypted on this device before it is sent: your server only ever stores data it cannot read.
1 Where your app is hosted
The address you open the app at. The app talks to the file api.php there, which you upload together with the app.
2 Your three phrases
All three, in this order, on every device. They never leave the device. Lose one and the data cannot be recovered, so keep a copy somewhere safe. A wrong entry from a new device locks that network out for 24 hours.
3 Connect
The first device to connect to a new server uploads its data and sets the lock. Every other device then unlocks with the same three phrases and loads that copy.
If devices get out of step
Sync normally runs by itself. Send saves what is on this device to the server now. Load replaces what is on this device with the server’s copy.
Moving from the old WordPress sync? (one time)
Brings in the last copy the old WordPress plugin holds, using your old single passphrase. Afterwards, enter your three phrases above and press Connect / Unlock to upload it to the new server.
Public work stats page
Shows your hours and year activity graph on a public page at shushanik.co/work. Only totals per day leave the app, plus your name, tagline and photo. Never task names, projects or notes.
The same address as in Sync: the numbers are published to the app’s own server file. The public page at shushanik.co/work reads them from there. That page is the file work/index.html, uploaded once to your main site.
A random key that lets only this app update the page. Your first publish registers it on the site, so keep it the same afterwards. It is separate from your three phrases.
Only work on or after this date is published. Nothing earlier is shown or counted.
Leave a box empty to use the built-in text. Colours and wording go out with the numbers: change them here, then press Publish now.
Backup file
Save everything in the app to a file on this device, or restore from one. Worth doing before big changes.
The backup file is not encrypted: it holds your tasks, notes and anything in Credentials as plain text, so keep it somewhere private. Vision Board images are not in it. Restoring replaces everything currently in the app.
Danger zone
Both of these overwrite your data on this device. With Sync on, the change reaches your other devices too.
Overwrites your tasks, projects, appointments and profile with demo content.
Permanently deletes every task, session, appointment, goal and setting. This cannot be undone.
